2012 Summer Series Season Pass

The VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass allows you to gain free entry to any of our outdoor Grass and Beach tournaments during the 2012 Summer Series Season.

There are always terms and conditions so please read the below carefully:

Your VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass is good for entry into any of our outdoor Grass or Beach tournaments and is valid from the date of receipt until September 08, 2012.
Your VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass is good for the entry free portion for “YOUR” tournament entry and DOES NOT include transportation; parking or food fee’s or costs.
Once registered you just need to show up at the event site on-time. Arriving late will incur the appropriate late fee.
Your teammate(s) will be responsible to pay “THEIR” portion of the team entry at the event. Single player entry fee is $30.00 payable in cash – no checks or credit cards will be accepted at the event.
You must maintain an active VBLI Membership.
All players on your team must be active VBLI Members.
You must comply with all rules and policies regarding VBLI events being the recipient of a “VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass” does not exclude you from abiding but all rules, regulations and good sportsmanship all players are too adhere to. Failure to comply will result in immediate forfeiture of your “VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass”.
Your VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass cannot be transferred sold and has absolutely no cash value. Attempting to sell or transfer VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass will result in immediate forfeiture of your “VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass”.
Your VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
You can play with another VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass holder but must communicate the upon registration.
VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass Cancellation Policy: Once registered for a tournament date, it can't be canceled. Canceling an entry will result in forfeiture of your “VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass”, no exceptions.
VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass No Show Policy: If you've registered for a tournament and do not show this action will result in immediate forfeiture of your “VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass”.
Your VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass is not retroactive; all paid prior used tournament entries have been deemed consumed.
As a VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass holder you can’t sell or transfer any existing tournament purchase / registrations. All paid prior tournament entries must be used by the player that registered the team. If you paid for a tournament prior and received a season pass, you cannot transfer the paid entry to another player or team. It must be consumer by you.
To use your VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass all you have to do is 1) Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the list of tournament dates/format and level you wish to play or 2) register on VBLI.COM. All registration requests must be submitted no later than the Wednesday prior to the tournament and are subject to availability. If a format is full or a level is unavailable we will notify you immediately and you will have the option to change to another format or level. Under no circumstances will registrations or questions be answered or accepted via text or Facebook.
When using your VBLI 2012 Summer Series Season Pass you must provide a complete roster. This includes communicating the teammate(s) complete first and last name, email address and other details as required. Failure to do so will result in your entry being rejected.

September 01 - Men's Doubles / Women's Doubles / Reverse Co-ed Doubles and Co-ed Fours
